Material seller-terms update — effective September 8, 2026.

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

1. Who We Are

Walled is a payment and digital commerce platform operated by Thinqr-Org, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA ("Walled", "we", "us", "our").

Walled is an online store for digital products. We license digital content, such as e-books, courses, templates, and other downloadable products from independent creators and sell it to customers worldwide under the Walled brand at trywalled.com. Payments are processed by Stripe, and creators are compensated by Walled as described in the Seller Agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, listing a product, creating a payment link, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Thinqr-Org, LLC.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Walled. By creating an account, you confirm you are of legal age and can enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You may not use Walled if you are prohibited from receiving services under the laws of the United States, your country of residence, or any other applicable jurisdiction. Walled complies with applicable sanctions regimes and may block accounts accordingly.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Sellers must complete identity verification (KYC) before requesting payouts. We use Didit for identity verification. KYC data is collected and stored as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payments

Payments on Walled are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making or receiving payments through the platform, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service where applicable.

For purchases Walled accepts as merchant of record, your payment is made to Walled, the charge on your card statement may appear as TRYWALLED.COM, and Walled handles payment processing, buyer support, refunds, and payment disputes under our Refund Policy. The seller licenses or supplies the digital content to Walled and remains responsible to Walled for accurate listing information, lawful content, and timely fulfilment.

6. Platform Fees

Walled charges the platform fee disclosed in your account for each transaction. Depending on the active fee policy, the payment processor's fee may be included in that percentage or deducted separately. The net amount available for payout reflects all applicable deductions.

Fee rates and net amounts are shown in your dashboard before you submit a payout request. Walled reserves the right to change fee rates with 30 days' notice to active sellers.

7. Payouts

Sellers may request a payout of their available balance through the Walled dashboard. Payout requests are reviewed and approved manually by Walled administrators, typically within 3–5 business days.

New transaction proceeds are normally held for 7 days before becoming available for payout. We may extend a hold or establish a reasonable reserve where there is a refund, dispute, unusual transaction pattern, delivery concern, policy breach, compliance requirement, or processor risk. We will show the relevant status in your dashboard or notify you where reasonably practicable.

All payouts require a verified identity (KYC approved) and a confirmed payout method. Payouts are processed in Mozambican Metical (MZN) using the USD/MZN exchange rate published on the platform at the time of payout approval.

8. Digital Products

Sellers may list digital products for sale through Walled. All products are subject to admin review before publication. Walled reserves the right to reject or remove any product that violates these terms, applicable law, or Stripe's acceptable use policy.

Creators warrant to Walled that their content is lawful, accurate as described, theirs to license, and capable of being delivered as represented. Walled provides the purchase and support channel; sellers must provide the fulfilment information, access, and evidence needed for Walled to resolve buyer cases fairly.

9. Refunds and Disputes

A buyer can open a purchase-support case within 7 days of payment using the secure order link or by contacting team@thinqr.org with the order reference and checkout email. Opening a case does not automatically create a refund. We may request relevant details, review delivery records and seller evidence, and decide the appropriate remedy subject to mandatory law.

If a buyer disputes a charge directly with their bank or card issuer, the disputed amount and applicable processor fees may be held from the seller's available balance or reserve while Stripe's dispute process is open. For each formal card dispute (not a buyer-support case or enquiry), Walled's current seller chargeback fee is USD 15. This fee reflects Stripe's dispute-received fee and is separate from the sale amount. Stripe's current dispute-fee information is available at https://docs.stripe.com/disputes/how-disputes-work. We may seek reasonable evidence from the seller and respond to the dispute using relevant records.

Access or download activity is relevant evidence, but it does not by itself remove a buyer's rights where a product was not delivered, materially differed from its description, was defective, or where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Walled to sell or purchase: illegal goods or services, counterfeit or infringing items, unlicensed financial products, gambling services, adult content without required age-verification controls, hate speech or discriminatory materials, weapons, controlled substances, or anything prohibited by Stripe's Restricted Business list.

You may not use Walled to commit fraud, money laundering, or any form of financial crime; make false refund or chargeback claims; manipulate access or delivery records; or use misleading marketing, fabricated testimonials, false scarcity, or inaccurate price comparisons. Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended and reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of content they upload. By listing a product, you grant Thinqr-Org, LLC a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce as technically necessary, market, display, sell, distribute, support, and deliver that content under the Walled brand for the listing period and any reasonable period needed to complete existing orders, resolve claims, or meet legal obligations.

Do not upload content that infringes another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights. Send reports of alleged infringement to team@thinqr.org with enough information to identify the work and listing. We may remove or restrict content while we assess a report and may suspend repeat or serious infringers. Walled's platform, name, logo, and design are owned by Thinqr-Org, LLC and may not be copied without written permission.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting team@thinqr.org. We will process amounts that are cleared and settled, subject to any disclosed hold, reserve, refund, dispute, set-off, or legal obligation that survives closure.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, fail KYC verification, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required by law or Stripe's policies. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice where permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Walled platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for matters outside our reasonable control, including processor outages or exchange-rate changes. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thinqr-Org, LLC's total liability for claims arising from use of Walled shall not exceed the platform fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Walled shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice in the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Walled after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
